Requirements for Applicants

Applying with us is easy. The following are our requirements for application:

                   NO EXCEPTIONS

• This application will NOT be processed without a $50 fee
• $50 Application Fee (Non-refundable)
• Photo ID and Social Security
• Proof of income
• Income should be 3x the rent
• No evictions in the last 5 years
• 1yr on current Job
• 1yr of current rental history in your name (Can't rent from FAMILY)
• Utility Bill from current residence
• Security deposit: One months rent
• Deposit and 1st month rent due prior to move in
• Pet deposit $300
• ***Properties will be leased to APPROVED applicants on a first come, first served basis***
• VERY IMPORTANT! We need a contact phone number from landlord and employer. If we cannot reach either, your application will be placed on hold.
